Are your products Genuine/OEM or aftermarket?
All of our parts & accessories are genuine, directly from the manufacturer. With genuine products, you can expect the upmost quality and most genuine products benefit from manufacturer's warranty.
How do I know if a product will fit my car?
Our website is specifically designed to help you find the right accessories for your vehicle. Products are categorized by car make and model, and you can use the year filter to ensure compatibility. Each product page also clearly states the model years it fits, and if an item is specific to a certain version - such as a hybrid or fully electric model - this will be mentioned in the title and/or description.

Do you offer fitting services or fitting instructions?
We do not currently offer a fitting service, but we recommend having your accessories fitted by the product's manufacturer or an approved specialist to ensure that any warranties remain valid. You can also check with our Stoneacre branches, as they may be able to assist.
Most of the genuine manufacturer accessories we sell come with fitting instructions if required. If you don’t receive a physical copy with your order, please contact us, and we should be able to provide you with a digital copy.
Do you provide warranties for your products?
Manufacturer warranty is to be expected on any genuine accessories you purchase. Below is a breakdown of the warranty periods offered by each manufacturer:
- Abarth: 2 years
- Alfa Romeo: 2 years
- Citroen: 2 years
- Dacia: 1 year
- Fiat: 2 years
- Ford: 1 year or more
- Honda: 1 year or more
- Hyundai: 2 years
- Kia: 2 years
- Mazda: 2 years
- MG: 1 year
- Mitsubishi: 2 years
- Nissan: Up to 3 years
- Peugeot: Up to 2 years
- Renault: 1 year
- SEAT: 2 years
- Suzuki: 1 year or more
- Toyota: 1 year or more
- Vauxhall: 2 years
- Volvo: 1 year or more
Warranty coverage may differ for specific items. Please contact us if you are unsure about the warranty on a particular accessory. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or improper installation.
Are your products for right hand drive (RHD) or left hand drive (LHD) cars?
All of our products are for right hand drive vehicles, unless specifically stated otherwise in the title or description. The images for some products may be of left hand drive vehicles, but this is only for illustration purposes only. Left hand drive cars are a larger market, which is why most manufacturers use left hand drive vehicles in their images.
Do the wheels come with tyres?
Most of our wheels are not supplied with tyres unless stated otherwise in the title or description. Some manufacturers do offer wheel and tyre kits, such as Volvo.
Do the wheels, wheel trims or centre caps come as a set of 4?
Wheels, wheel trims and centre caps typically aren't listed as a set of 4, the price will be for 1 individual item, unless stated otherwise in the title or description.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
If a product is in stock at our warehouse, you will see a message stating "We have (X amount) in stock" on the product page. If this message is not displayed, the item is ordered directly from the manufacturer.
Most manufacturer-ordered items arrive with us the next working day, providing they are available in the UK. However, some products may be on backorder, delayed, or shipped from overseas, which can extend the delivery time. We may only receive updates on availability when we process and chase the order with the manufacturer. If we are advised of any delays or stock issues, we will notify you as soon as possible.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be shown at checkout once you enter your shipping details. If for any reason this doesn't show for you, or you have any issues, please contact us.
For overseas orders (outside of the UK): Please note that external customs fees and taxes may apply, this is out of our control and may vary from country to country.
For UK orders, orders valued at £85 or more qualify for free delivery. Please note that a standard fee of £25 will apply for shipping large items, specifically roof bars and roof mouldings, to mainland UK.
What is your return policy?
If you would like to return an order you have placed with us, please ensure that the items are in new, unused condition and preferably in the original packaging if possible, to be viable for a return. To learn more, please read our Delivery & Returns policy here.
Do you offer a click & collect?
We do offer a click & collect service to any Stoneacre branch (view our list of branches here). All collection orders qualify for free delivery. Collection is typically available within 3-5 working days, but please note this may differ depending on the availability of the item you are purchasing.
How long will my order take to arrive?
For UK orders, If the products you have ordered are in stock at our warehouse, it would be sent via a next-day service, or a 48-hour express service for larger items such as roof bars. If your order includes a manufacturer order item, delivery typically takes around 2-4 days if the item is available in the UK with the manufacturer.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will do our best to notify you. If you haven’t received your order or an update from us after one week, please contact us, and we will chase it up for you.
What happens if my order is delayed?
We may only receive availability updates after processing and chasing the order with the manufacturer. If we are informed of any delays or stock issues, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If your order has been shipped but not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue and work on getting your order to you as soon as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change any details on your order - such as your shipping address or adding/removing products - please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to make the changes before processing the order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out before dispatch, and we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
